When a new title is added to the database, the data associated with it usually takes at least two more weeks to appear. The various portions of the database are processed on different days of the week, and thus it can take an extra week; in addition, names that were not previously in the database require additional processing that can add at least another week to the cycle.
If the title was accepted into the database (not just submitted) more than four weeks ago and the missing data is not backlogged/delayed (as per their update schedule at http://www.imdb.com/czone/times, then you should try resubmitting any missing data once. To edit your IMDb title page, you will need to submit the request through your IMDb account. Login to IMDb with the username and password you used to register with. Select your title page, scroll down the page and click on the "Update Information" link, and follow the on screen instructions. There is no other way at this time to expedite the request.
